Whether as a puppy or a grown-up dog, they will not be satisfied with just sitting on the couch and sleeping away the day. Instead, the need mental and physical stimulation and enrichment – every day.

The best toys allow dogs to use different senses and skills to explore them. When looking for toys for your Goldendoodle, make sure to pick those that let him get:

Mental challenges
Goldendoodles are smart! But alas, smart dogs can easily get themselves in trouble if they are bored and do not have enough input and stimulation. Training sessions in which your pup learns how to focus, sit, lie down, come when called and walk well on leash.
Socialization times when you take him out and about and teach him how to be a good citizen. This e.g. includes greeting people politely and not barking at other dogs.
Calm rest times in which your dog will settle in his crate or on a dog bed and take a nap. This is really important especially for high-strung pups!
